This unit focuses primarily on the part of Sh’mot (the book of Exodus) which tells of our people's transformation from a slave people into a free people.
It contains an introduction, four chapters (of different lengths) and suggestions for culminating activities. Each chapter follows the following format:
• Synopsis of the Torah portion(s)

• Possible Discussion Questions
